Engaging iRemedi involves a simple 4-step process as follows:
- Submit a summary of your System/Technology challenge or advise that you seek, regardless of your industry
- An iRemedian will contact you to get additional details and schedule a web conference or call at your convenience
- A compact team of iRemedi Solution Architects will discuss your challenge or need in a 30-minute to an hour call.
- A lead Architect will work with you remotely to either advise or guide you until you are well into your solution or as needed by you. The lead architect will internally engage other iRemedians as needed.
